The Billings City Council approved a 360-unit high-density West End subdivision called Barber Farms along Central Avenue between 44th and 45th streets west. Downtown Housing Projects Underway
Downtown housing developments include the renovation of the old Billings Hardware building into 27 apartments, with a targeted completion in summer 2025. Oldtown Flats on 23rd Street and 1st Avenue North will hold 36 units, with a second phase adding 36 more.
